CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE BASKET PER DELIVERY?
You can order one basket per order. For anything above this, please place your order as normal and we will contact you for additional delivery charges.
MY ORDER I HAVE PLACED IS A GIFT, WILL PRICES BE SHOWN ON DELIVERY?
If your order is a gift, we don't include any information that shows the prices of the items you have ordered.
Returns Information
If you received your goods, return requests must be made to us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items. Please email info@buddyandcohamers.com. You then have a further 14-days to get your items back to us. Currently we are unable to offer free returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us, so we advise you send these via a tracked delivery service. All goods must be returned to us in a resale-able condition, items must not have been opened or tested and must have all labels still attached and not tampered with. Once your items have reached us, we will check your items within 3 working days and issue a refund if the above has been adhered to.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
At Buddy & Co Hampers, we hand check every item that goes into every order before it goes out for delivery. However, if you receive a faulty item please email us as soon as possible by email at info@buddyandcohampers.com including images of the faulty item.
